Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp Wood’n’Hive honey
2 ½ cups butter milk
2 tbsp cooking oil

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat eggs until light; add honey, buttermilk and cooking oil. Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring until smooth. Drop from a spoon on to a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and the underside is golden. Turn and cook until other side is golden.

Makes 2 dozen 5 inch pancakes
